XPTrack is a unified cloud-based platform that simplifies the tracking of people, equipment, and assets across any size workplace.
Some benefits of using XPTrack:
XPTrack lets organizations more precisely manage everyday tools, equipment, and people from a single cloud platform. It is ideal for construction sites and other temporary deployments.
Some key features:
XPTrack benefits any organization that wants to better contain and control its assets and tools. It provides knowledge of inventory levels in any given storage location and who is responsible for properly returning borrowed assets. In addition, the service’s unique architecture can seamlessly track workers badging in and out for safety and accountability.
Some industries that XPTrack benefits include:
XPTrack offers flexibility with built-in user definable fields and configurable user and item fields. Truly specialized workflows can be built for an added cost, giving you the power to customize the system to your company’s specific needs.
XPTrack is not a warehouse management system. It is designed to be used by a company for its own assets and workers. Assets can be classified as unique, commodities, or consumables depending on how best to characterize them and how they should be treated.
With a built-in report generation, users can custom-craft reports based on the data tables. Reports can also be generated by exporting data via CSV file or using third-party analytical platforms.
Our support team will help you maximize your users’ adoption by providing training and implementation support as part of the overall service subscription.

Any device with a web browser is compatible with XPTrack. Handheld readers, such as the Telaeris XPID200 series, are uniquely suitable for things like scanning badges at work site entrances or identifying workers at emergency muster points. XPTrack has a rapid inventory collection app that lets customers leverage UHF RFID to take complete asset inventory in minutes.
As a cloud service, we recommend a stable internet connection to access all the features and functions, be it via Ethernet cable, WiFi, or cellular data. The XPTrack Windows client app can be used standalone to check in or out tools and assets. Its unique synchronization capabilities will cache transactions and post them to the cloud when network access becomes available.
Our customer support staff will lead you through the data population process. A CSV file of existing assets and user data is all you need. New assets and users can be entered as one-off entries if infrequent.
XPTrack supports a variety of auto-ID technologies, including barcodes, all flavors of RFID, and facial identification. These technologies can be mixed and matched for an optimized deployment, providing flexibility and efficiency in asset tracking.
The service includes data access via REST API. Any third-party platform that can handle this API can directly integrate with XPTrack.
You do. The data is always available for download at any time.
We take data security seriously. XPTrack’s robust security measures ensure that your data is always safe and protected.
